Salt of the Earth is a small family run delicatessen in Carleton, providing services such as; Friday night tapas evening, outside catering, deliveries, private tapas nights, takeaways and much more.

They believe in good produce provenance and are commited to providing honest food, locally sourced, skillfully prepared and reasonably priced.

All dishes are cooked to order and their menu changes seasonally to accommodate the finest and freshest local produce.

As we are only a small deli with a maximum of 25 seats, they do get busy over the lunch time period and will accept table reservations so that you will not be left disappointed.
