The Bagel Deli

Bagel Deli is Located on Moor Street, Ormskirk and the eatery is the brainchild of Martin Fautley, who is originally from East London. Martin's passion for baking developed after he began working at The Beigel Bakery on Brick Lane, in London at age of 14. He worked at the shop for 17 years and fed the faces of Billy Ocean and Jools Holland. All his stock is locally sourced and the bagels are cooked fresh, in store, every day.

"My love and passion is for baking. The bagels are made fresh to order in front of customers, like I used to do. They will see the process from start to finish. Finding a freshly made bagel is rare, which makes my business unique."

There is an extensive variety of bagels on offer, including poppy seed, jalapeno and 'rainbow'. The business is about fresh, clean and tasty food, that is great quality. They deliver within a 3 mile radius of the store including Sundays, where they also make homemade Yorkshire wraps.
